St Mary’s CE Primary School is seeking to enter into a contract with a suitably qualified supplier of catering services for a fully managed catering service to commence March 2018. The aim of the service is to provide as a minimum level of service, a nutritionally balanced 2 course seasonal lunch time meal to all students, staff and guests as required. The meal should meet the diverse needs of the consumers in accordance with ethnic cultural and religious beliefs. There is a limited requirement for therapeutic diets. Although the service is primarily for the school children of St Mary’s CE Primary School, the successful provider(s) will be expected to provide meals for school staff and visitors by prior arrangement. Tenderers should note that Gen2 Property Ltd has been commissioned procurement agent to manage the procurement process on behalf of St Mary’s CE Primary School.
