Tender description

Provision of a public bike share scheme in the Forth Valley area. The purpose of this document is to obtain professional, properly defined and priced proposals from suppliers for the implementation and ongoing management of a public eBike share scheme. The eBike share scheme will link the Forth Valley, as well as further traditional bike share options in the population centers of Alloa, Falkirk and Stirling.
