This public procurement competition relates to the appointment of a service provider to deliver an E-Learning Platform, including Project Management Services and Content Production/Development, in relation to the provision of the Dublin Food Chain Digital School of Food, being rolled out by the four Dublin Local Enterprise Offices (LEOs) for Fingal County Council, Dublin City Council, South Dublin County Council and Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council. Detailed information on the key stakeholders, key aims and objectives, and the context of the project Dublin Food Chain Digital School of Food. It is being awarded as a single party framework agreement for 4 years with the potential to be rolled out for use outside of the DFC, subject to budget availability, ongoing need and satisfactory performance - this is not guaranteed under the framework.
