Tender description

This contract provides a range of high quality adventurous activities, outdoor learning, personal and social development programmes and outdoor qualifications. This project is aimed at the demographic of young people who are not engaging in school and/or who are starting to become involved in criminal activity and antisocial behaviour. The direct award of a contract to My Adventure for the provision of an Additional Support for Learning service for 15 months. This award is an interim measure which is in the best interests of the young people involved. It is proposed that collaborative working to support inclusion, improved attainment and better outcomes for vulnerable young people will be a key element of the strategy. In order to enable the best value outcome, it is proposed to include all of the Additional Support Learning contracts within a single programme, allowing a comprehensive review, consultation with all stakeholders and service specification development to be undertaken.
