Tender description
Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council is looking to appoint a Contractor to undertake the Design and Build of the redevelopment of the facilities provided at the Lawn Cemetery, Hatfield.\n \n The development of a Cemetery and Crematorium Complex including:\n o Funeral chapel with cloister garden\n o Visitor waiting areas and reception\n o Office administration areas\n o Crematory\n o Grounds maintenance workshop and mess yard\n \n In addition to the Complex, the development is to also include:\n o 76 space Carpark\n o Memorial Hall\n o Creation of memorial gardens including two ponds\n o Re-develop some of the existing roadways and create hard standing bays for inline parking.
