Tender description

Portsmouth City Council is inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced providers to tender for this project. \n \n The scope of which will comprise of but may not be limited to delivering a fully web hosted Volunteer Management Software. The budget available is capped at £10,000 for the first year of the contract and £1,000 per year thereafter. \n \n The initial Contract period will be for 2 years with possibility of extending the term by a further 5 years to a maximum total term of 7 years in increments to be agreed, subject to the agreement and performance of both parties.\n \n The closing date for receipt of your expression of interest is given against the heading entitled - Date documents can be requested until. \n \n Specific software requirements can be found in Appendix 2 - Requirements and Quality Assessment Questions.
