Tender description

SUPPLY AND FIX STEADMANS AS35 NEW ROOFING( 100MM THICKNESS) ALL SECURELY FIXED AS PER STEADMANS INSTALLATION GUID TO FIVE BUILDINGS. RENEW FASCIA, GUTTERING AND BARGE-BOARD. The following works shall be carried out for all 5 No. of Roofs Erect scaffolding completely around buildings. Remove existing roof covering including preparing roof ready for new roofing insulated roofs (all areas under covered shall be made watertight before work finished that day. Supply and fix timber battens fixed to existing timbers underneath aluminium old roofing sheets ensuring all battens are securely fixed Supply and fit Steadmans AS35 Insulated Roof (100mm thickness) new roofing. All securely fixed as per Steadmans's installation guide (attached with this tender) Remove existing guttering. Supply and fix new white uPVC cover fascia boards to all sides of roof fixed with white capped fixings, joining strips and corner covers. Supply and fix new guttering (colour to be of client's choice). Supply and fix new ridge and edges flashings and front edge flashings so water is diverted straight into guttering all fixed with Tec screws.
