Tender description

Southend-on-Sea has been selected as one of two locations in 2017 to host the Poppies: Wave installation as part of the commemorative events around the First World War. To support the visit of the sculpture to Southend-on-Sea the Council is looking to appoint a Security Provider to provide 24 hour onsite security for the duration of the build, exhibition and breakdown. Tender Documents can be accessed via: https://procurement.southend.gov.uk/southend/portal.nsf/index.htm The deadline for accessing the documents is: 17:00 Thursday 16th February 2017. The deadline for receipt of clarification requests relating to the procurement is: 17:00 Friday 17th February 2017 The deadline for submission of completed Tender Responses is: 16:00 Friday 24th February 2017.
