Tender description

Efficiency East Midlands Ltd (EEM) has established a new framework for the provision of service, maintenance, repair and installation of digital aerial systems. Due to the geographical spread of our Members eligible to use the established framework we have split the works into the following core regional geographical lots: Lot 1 Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire; Lot 2 Lincolnshire; Lot 3 Leicestershire and Northamptonshire; Lot 4 Greater London; Lot 5 West Midlands. An additional Lot is also available for Members who have properties across the whole of England and Wales: Lot 6 National Coverage. Works will be across a range of building types including tenanted and void domestic and commercial properties. This Lot is for Members who have properties within the Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire region. The scope of works is likely to include, but not limited to: —Servicing, maintenance and repair of digital aerial systems; —Reactive Repairs; —Installation of new systems; —Installation and relocation of individual aerials and satellites; —Any additional elements associated with the works listed. Contractors will generally be required to carry out all of the work while the property is occupied but on occasions, because of the nature of the work required, the Contractor may be required to carry out part or all of the work to vacant dwellings as part of any void works carried out by the Contracting Authority. As EEM's membership grows there may also be a requirement for works to be undertaken in office accommodation, hospitals, student accommodation, communal facilities and any other building maintained or owned by a Contracting Authority. This Lot is for Members who have properties within the Lincolnshire region. The scope of works is likely to include, but not limited to: —Servicing, maintenance and repair of digital aerial systems; —Reactive Repairs; —Installation of new systems; —Installation and relocation of individual aerials and satellites; —Any additional elements associated with the works listed. Contractors will generally be required to carry out all of the work while the property is occupied but on occasions, because of the nature of the work required, the Contractor may be required to carry out part or all of the work to vacant dwellings as part of any void works carried out by the Contracting Authority. As EEM's membership grows there may also be a requirement for works to be undertaken in office accommodation, hospitals, student accommodation, communal facilities and any other building maintained or owned by a Contracting Authority. This Lot is for Members who have properties within the Leicestershire and Northamptonshire region. The scope of works is likely to include, but not limited to: —Servicing, maintenance and repair of digital aerial systems; —Reactive Repairs; —Installation of new systems; —Installation and relocation of individual aerials and satellites; —Any additional elements associated with the works listed. Contractors will generally be required to carry out all of the work while the property is occupied but on occasions, because of the nature of the work required, the Contractor may be required to carry out part or all of the work to vacant dwellings as part of any void works carried out by the Contracting Authority. As EEM's membership grows there may also be a requirement for works to be undertaken in office accommodation, hospitals, student accommodation, communal facilities and any other building maintained or owned by a Contracting Authority. Contractors will generally be required to carry out all of the work while the property is occupied but on occasions, because of the nature of the work required, the Contractor may be required to carry out part or all of the work to vacant dwellings as part of any void works carried out by the Contracting Authority. As EEM's membership grows there may also be a requirement for works to be undertaken in office accommodation, hospitals, student accommodation, communal facilities and any other building maintained or owned by a Contracting Authority. This Lot is for Members who have properties within the West Midlands region. The scope of works is likely to include, but not limited to: —Servicing, maintenance and repair of digital aerial systems; —Reactive Repairs; —Installation of new systems; —Installation and relocation of individual aerials and satellites; —Any additional elements associated with the works listed. Contractors will generally be required to carry out all of the work while the property is occupied but on occasions, because of the nature of the work required, the Contractor may be required to carry out part or all of the work to vacant dwellings as part of any void works carried out by the Contracting Authority. As EEM's membership grows there may also be a requirement for works to be undertaken in office accommodation, hospitals, student accommodation, communal facilities and any other building maintained or owned by a Contracting Authority. This Lot is for Members who have properties across England and Wales and need coverage nationally or who have properties outside of the 5 core regions. The scope of works is, but not limited to: —Servicing, maintenance and repair of digital aerial systems; —Reactive Repairs; —Installation of new systems; —Installation and relocation of individual aerials and satellites; —Any additional elements associated with the works listed above. The Contractor will generally be required to carry out all of the work while the property is occupied but on occasions, because of the nature of the work required, the Contractor may be required to carry out part or all of the work to vacant dwellings as part of any void works carried out by the Contracting Authority. As EEM's membership grows there may also be a requirement for works to be undertaken in office accommodation, hospitals, student accommodation, communal facilities and any other building maintained or owned by a Contracting Authority.
