Tender description
Insolvency Service are seeking input from potential suppliers who have the capability of meeting the requirements for an Insolvency Case Management System (ICMS) that will replace and make improvements to the current case management systems used by the INSS. As our agency changes to face the challenges of modernisation, the flexibility to adapt to additional teams and functions will need to be catered for through this solution. Scope of the Project. The Insolvency service currently uses 6 independent systems in order to deliver all of its operational responsibilities. — CHAMP; — ICSIS; — IBIS; — ANR Database; — Multiple spreadsheets compensating for CM limitations; — Cyclops. All of the agency's current systems require replacement. Software as a Service.
