Tenders are invited for the supply of services in respect of flexible and effective Supervised Contact Services for vulnerable children and young people either in the city of Derby, or out of the city of Derby area where legal proceedings are in progress or have ended and young people remain in the care of Derby City Council ‘Looked After’. Tenders are invited for the supply of services in respect of flexible and effective Supervised Contact Services for vulnerable children and young people either in the city of Derby, or out of the city of Derby area where legal proceedings are in progress or have ended and young people remain in the care of Derby City Council ‘Looked After’. Supervised Contact is court ordered resulting from: — Care Proceedings where the Authority is concerned that a child is at risk of or suffering significant harm (pre-court); — A Care Order which grants the Authority shared Parental Responsibility for a child with their parents (post-court). This service is required to meet our statutory obligations to deliver court ordered supervised contact (both pre and post court proceedings) to vulnerable children and young people.
