Tender description

Stoke-on-Trent City Council is seeking to appoint a specialist advisor to undertake a feasibility study in relation to the creation and establishment of a council managed lettings agency for the purpose of it renting out and managing residential properties in the private sector. Within this there is a requirement for the lettings agency to be financially viable and, further, to generate an income for the council.
