Swansea University has recently secured funding from the Welsh European Funding Office and the Welsh Government's Department for Health and Social Services in order to build portfolios of intellectual property and commercialisation opportunities across the Welsh NHS, at Swansea University and beyond. The program, AgorIP, will run until 31.12.2020. Swansea University has recently secured funding from the Welsh European Funding Office and the Welsh Government's Department for Health and Social Services in order to build portfolios of intellectual property and commercialisation opportunities across the Welsh NHS, at Swansea University and beyond. The program, AgorIP, will run until 31.12.2020. In order to deliver the required outputs from this Programme, Swansea University now wishes to appoint a Pipeline Manager who will oversee certain aspects of this initiative. The Pipeline Manager will report to the Director of AgorIP within the University's School of Management located at the University's Bay Campus. The Pipeline Manager shall work closely with members of the AgorIP team and the School of Management team at Swansea University to: — Identify and maintain a pipeline of early-stage projects; — Identify and evaluate specialist commercial advisors; — Recruit and Chair a Commercial Panel to approve project funding; — Assist in project delivery and the capture of project outputs; and — Assist in the reporting to Welsh Government officials.
