Tender description

The provision and commissioning of approximately 400 Pay & Display Machines and their ongoing maintenance to ensure a high operational up time of all equipment; both on street and relevant supporting equipment/networks. Draft information will be published using the capitalEsourcing portal on 10th February. We will be inviting comments from interested parties by 19th February. Key expectations of the procurement are the supply, delivery, installation and commissioning on street of the PDMs within a 2 month period, a 99 % operational uptime of the PDMs, and a 2 hour engineer response time. To support this, we anticipate that the successful supplier will provide a hosted service that will ensure all PDMs are monitored in real time to ensure a proactive approach to any issues with equipment.
