Tender description

The Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner (OPCC) for Staffordshire, supported by Staffordshire County Council and Stoke-on-Trent City Council, wishes to tender for a domestic abuse service which operates across Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent. The aim is to commission an effective, consistent, coherent and co-ordinated domestic abuse service for potential victims, potential perpetrators, children and families, victims, perpetrators, children and families, businesses and communities. The model comprises three service elements: — Prevention (Tier 1); — Early Intervention (Tier 2); — Targeted Support (Tier 3 and Tier 4). The whole Domestic Abuse service for victims (including support service for children and young people) and Perpetrators (for adults and children and young people). The whole Domestic Abuse Service for victims only (including support service for children and young people). The whole Domestic Abuse service for perpetrators only (for adults and children and young people).
