Who Speclialist Work With You'll be working with the project manager, other content designers and subject experts from policy, operations, Customer assurance and Counter Fraud. What Specialists Work On Provide content design expertise for Pair Writing project to transform internal staff guidance. Working with subject experts, systematically working through all passport policy, guidance and procedures to produce new, clear material for new guidance management tool. Where the Work Takes Place The job holder will be based in London, but must be prepared to travel around the country - Peterborough, Durham, Liverpool and Glasgow to take part in Pair Writing workshops. Expenses will be met. Early Market Engagement Working Arrangements Available 5 days a week for drafting workshops and meetings. Home to office (London - 2 Marsham Street) travel will not be met, but travel to other work locations and overnight accommodation and subistence will be met in accordance with Home Office rules/limits for civil service staff. Security Clearance Must have at least CT clearance Additional T&Cs Skills & Experience •Have experience in designing complex content in a clear and succinct way •Be able to work at high intensity in a team, collaborative environment •Be open to challenge in a positive, friendly but frank way •Be transparent and willing to challenge the status quo by sharing knowledge and experience Nice to Haves •Have experience working with Government Departments, preferably HMPO •Have experience of content management tools •Have experience of Pair Writing No. of Specialists to Evaluate 10 Cultural Fit Criteria •Be able to form positive work relationships quickly, working in a small team •Be transparent and collaborative in all aspects of their work •Be able to challenge and open to challenge in a positive but frank way to deliver the best product •Take responsibility for their work and make a positive contribution to driving the work forward. •Share knowledge and experience with team members •Be flexible in both how and where the team works Assessment Method Evaluation Weighting Technical competence 65% Cultural fit 15% Price 20% Questions from Suppliers Budget range
