Tender description

HS2 Ltd are seeking a provider for environmental technical update services to support and update legal knowledge for the corporate environmental team in support of the company's environmental management system (EMS), which is likely to be certified in 2017. The service should be comprehensive, provide regular updates, be easy to access and provide more than just a replication of the legislation, which can be freely obtained from Government sources. Details of requirements An authoritative legal register information service which will also act as a working tool for corporate environmental managers as well as construction site environmental specialists, able to also provide additional value through, for example, the inclusion of Toolbox Talks, templates for procedure drafting for an EMS, as well as additional guidance on key legislative topics.
