Tender description

This contract is for the Supply, Installation and Commissioning of a Powders Pack Filling Research Line including necessary support/access frames and programmable logic controller based control system. This is divided into 5 lots: Lot 1 — Design, Supply, Installation and Commissioning of a powder storage bin; Lot 2 — Supply, Installation and Commissioning of a powder flow control device; Lot 3 — Supply, Installation and Commissioning of a powder sifter; Lot 4 — Supply, Installation and Commissioning of a powder filling machine; Lot 5 — Design, Supply, Installation and Commissioning of a PLC based integrated control system, specified instrumentation and the full system integration of lots 1 to 5. The scope of contract includes but is not limited to the sourcing and supply of component parts, any design or engineering work required, integration of component parts and installation of a control system. Installation of a control system is to be done by others. There will be a requirement to provide any necessary information and coordination that others may need.
