Tender description

This PIN is to announce an open market consultation of the procurement of ICT Services for Dounreay Site Restoration Limited (DSRL). DSRL has a requirement for ICT Services including desktop support, network, infrastructure and telephony across its site. There are approximately 1 500 end users, with plans to complete projects and potentially reduce the number of end users over the Contract Period. DSRL currently operates a standard Window server/ Windows 7 Desktop platform with central hosting, MPLS WAN with traditional telephony. The precise scope and duration of the services will be finalised following supplier engagement activities. Currently DSRL is planning to award the contract in quarter 1 of 2018 with a go live date of October 2018. The proposed length of contract is 5 years in addition to the transition period.
