Tender description
Durham County Council (the Council) is looking to implement a new tender process for the hire of plant and vehicles with an operator. The outcome will be a contractual arrangement with multiply suppliers for both general and specialist plant and vehicles. The Procurement will be run as a two stage process with the introduction of a Direct Purchasing System (DPS). The new Contract arrangement will commence on 1st July 2017.
