Tender description
To provide a high support and step down mental health accommodation based service. These services are provided as part of the Borough's statutory responsibilities for service users with mental health problems who are subject to Care Programme Approach arrangements and may have had a significant admission to institutional care. They are designed to assist people to develop or maintain their independence within the community thus reduce the otherwise unnecessary use of more institutional forms of residential care and hospital admissions.
