Tender description
Stop Smoking level 2 Support Service and NRT (Dynamic Purchasing System — DPS). All organisations wishing to deliver NRT and/or Level 2 Stop Smoking Support from 1.10.2016 onwards, will need to apply to join the DPS. The Provider(s) shall offer one or both of the following services and use the First for Wellbeing Stop smoking data system to record activity and claim payment. Service 1: Level 2 Associate stop smoking support: Individual behavioural counselling or group therapy. Service 2: Pharmacotherapy: Provision of Nicotine Replacement Therapy. Service 3: A combination of the above. These services are being procured under a Dynamic Purchasing System. This DPS Agreement is for four years, commencing 1.10.2016. First for Wellbeing will use the tender process of the Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) to enable Providers to join the DPS at any time. The DPS will be available until 30.9.2020, and TUPE does not apply.
