Tender description
To deliver support services to service users in a high support setting that will assist them to develop the life skills required for them to move on to less supported step down accommodation. Whilst in step down accommodation service users will continue to receive support but will take greater personal responsibility for their day to day existence, albeit with minimal continued support, before eventually moving on to live independently within the community. Both staff and service users should be able to clearly identify the step down scheme as a step on their journey along the pathway to greater independence.
