Tender description

Trafford Metropolitan Borough Council is acting as the procurer on behalf of the GMCA to appoint a provider/s. The contract will be awarded based on 2 areas (or ‘lots’) which are as follows: Lot 1: Manchester, Salford, Trafford; Lot 2: Bolton, Bury, Oldham, Rochdale, Stockport, Tameside, Wigan. The anticipated value of this contract over the whole programme area is 10 700 000 GBP. The indicative value of each lot is based on current benefit claimant rates. Lot 1: 4 200 000 GBP. Lot 2: 6 500 000 GBP. Total payments made to provider(s) will depend on referral numbers to the programme and provider performance. Funding will come from a combination of European Social Fund (ESF); Central Government funds; and GMCA. Delivery of services to Lot 1: Manchester, Salford, Trafford. Delivery of services to Lot 2: Bolton, Bury, Oldham, Rochdale, Stockport, Tameside, Wigan.
