OBJECTIVES OF THE ASSIGNMENT The service provider is expected to: Provide third-party monitoring services to a representative proportion of DFID-S portfolio & across its current & forthcoming Country Operational Plan. Enhance the M&E capacities, processes, tools and evidence on its major implementation partners. To provide user-friendly, accessible evidence of more effective approaches and lessons in achieving key intended results from across DFID-S portfolio, as well as distilling improved programme management options, all distilled from data gained from TPM, M&E technical assistance and field-experience from implementing partners.
