Tender description

DSA is a specific sub-element of Morpheus which seeks to provide a Command Control Communications Computers and Intelligence (C4I) system to support Commanders in Dismounted Close Combat (DCC), who require a lightweight Command and Battlespace Management System. This procurement is for the Data Bearer (DB) with ancillaries; training package; on-going support and the System Integrator (SI). The Authority is seeking to gain Expressions of Interest from suppliers in advance of the competition. This is due to the requirement to supply ITAR controlled information in the course of the Competition. The Authority requires suppliers to provide information on their own organisation as well as any sub-contractors or partner organisations that may form part of any bid response. The Authority requires a response by no later than 10:00 on the 17.2.2017. Please send your response to ISSComrcl-BATCIS-Morpheus-Grp@mod.uk. Failure to respond to this request will not prevent participation in the competition no influence the outcome of the competition; however, the Authority would appreciate co-operation from industry to assist us with meeting our timescales.
