Concession Agreement for: Advertising and Sponsorship in the London Borough of Redbridge.

Tender description

The Council of the London Borough of Redbridge (“the Council”) invites Applications for the Concession Agreement for: Advertising and Sponsorship in the London Borough of Redbridge. The Concession Agreement is anticipated to commence on 1st March 2017and shall continue up to and including 28th February 2019 (the “Contract Period”). The Council is seeking a commercial partner (managed service provider) (“the Applicant”) to develop the following two civic assets for the commercial benefit of the Council, its residents and stakeholders. These two civic assets are split into two (2) lots as follows:-: Lot 1: Roundabout Sponsorship Lot 2: Borough Gateway Signs and Sponsorship Applicants are required to apply for both of these lots, which are described in greater detail in this Specification. Applicants applying for these lots are required to include an up front, front loaded Minimum Guaranteed Rent (MGR) and a possible net profit share. The Concession shall be awarded to the Applicant who submits the most economically advantageous Application in accordance with the following Award Criteria: • Highest Income 70% • Quality 30% Keywords: Concession Agreement, Advertising
