Tender description

The Contracting Authority requires the provision of debt recovery services to collect outstanding monies owed across statutory charges, private charges and road traffic accidents (charged in accordance with Section 10 of the 1986 Health Amendment Act). The scope of activity will cover the recovery of various segments of aged debt and associated administration activities. This competition is being conducted in 2 lots as follows, with each lot functioning as a separate single party framework agreement: Lot 1: Statutory Charges / In-Patient Charges. Lot 2: Road Traffic Charges. Debt management and recovery services for statutory charges include correspondence with a combination of all stakeholders: the patient, next of kin, the patient's solicitor, the Injuries Board, and all other relevant parties. Debt management and recovery services for road traffic accidents (RTA) include correspondence with a combination of all stakeholders: the patient, next of kin, the patient's solicitor, the Injuries Board, and all other relevant parties.
