Childcare Voucher Scheme Provider

Tender description

Hull City Council requests quotations for the provision of a childcare voucher scheme for Hull City Council employees for the period 1 April 2017 to March 31 2020 with the option to extend for up to a further 12 months, subject to Service Provider performance. The Service Provider must be able to demonstrate within their submission that they are capable of delivering the required service which should include: • A complete administration process for employer, employee and carer/childcare provider; • A detailed process for ordering and redemption of vouchers. • A detailed process for the resolution of queries and complaints from employer, employee and carer/childcare provider. • A detailed process for providing a basic earning assessment for parents and carers at registration and on an annual basis.
