Tender description
The Contract is for the provision of Building Contractors for the refurbishment work to the student accommodation in Block MN, Magee Campus. The works will include the refurbishment of existing shower/toilet facilities; internal redecoration of all areas; and new floor finishes. The work includes all associated mechanical and electrical services works. This block contains the Student Accommodation Office, 24-hour full access to and use of this area must remain open during construction period. The works must be commenced on Monday 05 June 2017 and be complete by Friday 21 July 2017.
