Shoreline Housing Partnership is seeking to refresh it's current Approved Contractor List for General Building Works, to start in April 2017.\n \n Shoreline has an in-house repairs and maintenance service and requires additional contractor resource for ad-hoc works of a planned nature or lager repair works. This will be in the form of either 1-2 properties or a larger batch of properties. Tenderers are asked to note that there is no guaranteed volume of works through the Approved Contractor List, however those who are evaluated and appointed to the list will be provided with the opportunity to price for any required works that cannot be completed by our in-house team or covered by major planned works contracts. \n \n This tender exercise is for General Builders and is open to those businesses that provide a number of different building trades, such as Bricklaying, Joinery, Plumbing & Heating, Plastering, Decorating, Electrical etc.\n \n Issue of ITT 3 February 2017\n Deadline for Expressions of Interest 20 February 2017\n Deadline for Questions or Clarifications 20 February 2017\n ITT Tender Submission Deadline 24 February 2017 at 12 noon\n Evaluation of Tenders by Shoreline By 10 March 2017\n Appointment of Approved Contractors By mid-March 2017\n Start of Refreshed Approved Contractors List April 2017
