Iarnród Éireann Irish Rail is seeking expressions of interest from capable and suitably qualified companies for the provision of Strategic and Creative Agency services. The attached PQQ provides details with respect to the scope of the requirements for this services, please ensure you review that scope fully as it will be considered when evaluating applications received with respect to Relevant Experience and the requirements set out in the selection criteria. Duration of contract is 3 years with a 2 year extension option at IE's discretion. The list below may not be exhaustive, it is intended to provide further detail on the scope of services required from an agency providing Strategic and Creative services to Irish Rail. The attached PQQ contains additional elements required under the scope of this tender process, please ensure you review that scope fully as it will be considered when evaluating applications received with respect to Relevant Experience and the requirements set out in the selection criteria. — The provision of strategic advice on the development of advertising campaigns and programmes. — The provision of strategic and creative advertising solutions. — Assistance with the development of integrated marketing communications plans and the effective delivery of such plans. — Presentation of creative concepts and solutions based on briefs supplied by IE. — Advice and assistance on any issues arising in connection with advertising campaigns undertaken by IE. — Planning and creation of advertising creative material for use in all media channels as and when required by IE. — Managing all aspects of the production of Advertising for all media channels as and when required by IE. — Assisting IE in addressing ad hoc queries from members of the public and other requests and enquiries relating to the Advertising. — Advising IE in relation to copyright and intellectual property issues with a view to ensuring full compliance with the provisions of this Agreement. — Liaising directly with IE's other contractors and any other third parties as IE may require. — Cooperating and working with IE's other communication agencies (including its media planning and buying agency and its public relations agency). Duration of contract is 3 years with a two year extension option at IE's discretion.
