Tender description

Newcastle City Council (the Council) is currently carrying out an extensive refurbishment of the Newcastle Civic Centre. The building is grade II* listed and remains fully occupied during the works, which have been phased over a three year time span. The building is located within the City Centre and provides the main office accommodation for the Council and also provides office space for partner organisations. The next phase of the refurbishment includes the completion of a Boiler Replacement Project in the summer 2017. The Council is to carry out a competitive procurement process for the supply, assembly and commissioning of the main boiler plant and associated equipment to support these works. Keywords: Boilers
