Tender description
The Authority is seeking to appoint a consultant to provide a Vacant Property Research Service for commercial properties across North Tyneside for a period of twelve months with two possible options to extend for up to a further 12 month period each at the Authority’s sole discretion. The successful Contractor would be responsible for identifying vacant commercial properties in the borough by pro-actively contacting the commercial property agents and recording the information for the Locate north Tyneside website. Deadline for submissions is BEFORE:- 12:00 NOON on Monday 18th December 2017. Please ensure you allow enough time to upload documents before the deadline.
