The provision of Information Solution services (Financial and Personal Data Services)

Tender description

East Midlands Strategic Commercial Unit (EMSCU) wishes to undertake a compliant EU tender exercise to establish a national framework agreement for the provision of Information Solution services (Financial and Personal Data Services) for a period of 4 years from 1st November 2017. The key objectives of the service are: The Contractors shall provide a service through which Other Contracting Bodies (OCBs) can access data which is specified within the specification, this is an indication of the broad specifications for services that OCBs may require over the lifetime of the Contract. The list is indicative and not exhaustive of the provision of data and capability required which may be developed further during the Period of Contract on written agreement between the Authority and Contractor.
