Tender description
Irish Aid is seeking to engage a panel of independent external experts to provide professional services associated with the implementation of the Development Education Strategy. It is proposed to establish a panel of up to a maximum of six external specialists, from which the Development Education Unit will draw, to provide specialist technical expertise to support, in particular, the administration of funding under the Development Education Annual Grants Scheme. External expert consultancy may also, on occasion, be required for appraisal and review of development education proposals or reports in other relevant areas, e.g. the new strategic partnerships in the adult and community education and youth sectors.
