Litter bins shall be of steel construction powder coated black, anti-graffiti finish. Minimum litter capacity to be 120 Litres. Bin to incorporate galvanised steel liner Bin door hinges to be Stainless steel Bin base to be min 10mm steel for stability Bins to be designed to be free standing and to have openings for litter on 4 sides.
