Appointment of a structural/civil engineering consultant to carry out condition surveys, identify structural faults and rectification of faults, write technical specifications, undertake structural calculations, produce AutoCAD drawings, produce tender packages, deal with Council Planning Officers, Listed Building/Conservation Officer and Building Control, obtaining all licenses and dealing with all regulatory authorities relative to carrying out works on a Grade 11 listed building, assist with project management and coordination of works, carry out design work, take on design responsibility, interpret reports, programme works, provide technical support and assist with the delivery of multi structural/civil projects on Southend-on-Sea Pier.
