Tender description

NIE Networks is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced organization to supply of a range of stationery, office and computer consumables. This service must include timely delivery of stationery and office consumables to various NIE Networks site locations within Northern Ireland. NIE Networks is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced organization onto a Framework Agreement for the Provision of Stationery and Office Consumables. The framework agreement covers the delivery of the supplies to the respective NIE Networks Site locations within Northern Ireland. The resulting framework agreement will be for both delivery and service provision (as a result of this tender competition) with a suitably qualified and experienced Supplier. The contract will be for a period of 3 years, with the option to extend (entirely at the sole discretion of NIE Networks) for a further period of up to 2 years. (5 years in total). The estimated value range, excluding VAT, for this tender and for the duration of the Framework Agreement is as follows: — Per annum value range: £80k - £100k, — 3-year value range: £240k-£300k, — 5-year value range: £400k-£500k.
