St Helens Clinical Commissioning Group wants to engage with the market and understand the capability and capacity of providers in being able to provide a Mental Health Service for Children and Young People Based on the THRIVE Concepts. Providers are invited to register on The-Chest, review the attached documents and submit their responses by 19th January 2018 @ 10:00 hours The attached documents are • THRIVE Service Specification • THRIVE Response Form Additionally providers will have the opportunity to meet with the CCG on an individual basis on 5th January 2018. Providers should request an appointment via the messaging facility on The-Chest no later than 20th December 2017 @ 15:00 hours. Enquiries and any other correspondence or dialogue will only be accepted via the messaging facility on The-Chest. Providers should note that this is a market test only, to assist the CCG with research and preparation and is not a formal tender / invitation to quote but may lead to a business opportunity in the future.
