Tender description
Pre-market research and engagement on workforce management tools to meet the needs of our contact centre. The purpose of this Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to engage with the market on NHS Business Services (NHSBSA) interest in a contact centre workforce management tool. This engagement is part of the NHSBSA's preliminary market consultation phase and its purpose is to understand the current market offerings and baseline our procurement exercise by obtaining indicative costs. Suppliers that would like to support our market research are asked to respond to our Request for Information (RFI) letter which can be accessed at https://nhsbsa.bravosolution.co.uk. In addition, suppliers that meet our requirements may be invited to provide a demonstration of their system in January or February 2018. The demonstration day will take place at our contact centre offices at Bridge House, 152 Pilgrim Street, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 6SN.
