Tender description

Notting Hill Housing on behalf of Folio London is seeking to set up a multiple source Framework for the supply of Residential Furniture and Soft Furnishings. The key service provision will include the supply and the option of installation and removal of these products where applicable. Folio London offers its rental properties to customers either furnished or unfurnished dependant on the customer's choice but at Folio London's discretion. The portfolio consists of a range of different types and ages of properties (older and brand new developments) and is made up of studios, one, two, three bedroom single or split level apartments and three and four bedroom houses. It is estimated that 70% of the Folio London portfolio is currently fully or part furnished.
