Tender description

The Common Services Agency (more commonly known as NHS National Services Scotland) ("the Authority") now wishes to proceed with an Executive & Senior Manager Search Framework Agreement with executive level appointments being inclusive of clinical and medical specialities. Executive & Senior Manager Search Framework Agreement for all NHS Scotland Health Boards with Executive level appointments being inclusive of clinical and medical specialities. The Framework Agreement will be a 3 supplier ranked Framework with an option of running mini competitions by inviting all 3 suppliers to a competition. The initial Framework Agreement period will be for 24 months from Framework commencement with an option to extend by 2 periods of 12 months after expiry of the initial period. The Authority is looking for suppliers to help them to identify and recruit key personnel who will be able to provide the necessary skills, experience, and potential to drive organisations forward and deliver on a range of challenging objectives.
