The Council is seeking to award a framework to provide Road Closure Stewards, Car Parking and Park and Ride Stewards and Visitor Crowd Management Stewards and Security. This is a notice for Administrative social, educational, healthcare and cultural services in accordance with Directive 2014/24/EU/Article/74.
