The University of Exeter is pursuing a Projects Portfolio Management Office interim capability for 24 months to enable the IT service meet a number of key objectives: — oversight, governance, and synergy of IT projects and initiatives to maximise investment and achieve organizational goals, — the proper control and management of the portfolio of projects using Exeter IT’s instance of Plan view including resource and capacity management, — prioritize, schedule, and coordinate the successful delivery of programmes and projects, — drive the pace of programmes and projects to ensure timely delivery using different delivery methods, — full adoption of the PPMO processes and use of Plan view by all Exeter IT staff, contractors and project stakeholders, The University of Exeter is pursuing a Projects Portfolio Management Office interim capability for 24 months to enable the IT service meet a number of key objectives: — oversight, governance, and synergy of IT projects and initiatives to maximise investment and achieve organizational goals, — the proper control and management of the portfolio of projects using Exeter IT’s instance of Plan view including resource and capacity management.
