Goods and services including: Planned including a full tyre management service including: — Regular fleet tyre depth checks at the authority’s premises. — Regular general tyre condition inspection and monitoring at the authority’s premises. — Contact desk resourced 24/7/365 days to respond to ad hoc / “on request” instructions. Ad hoc / “on request” including: — Respond to ad hoc / “on request” instructions from the authority’s authorised Representative to supply /fit tyres and provide associated services to various vehicles and plant. “Associated” includes but is not limited to balancing, tracking, re–cuts, puncture repair, re-torques. — Resolve tyre related issues in accordance with timescales detailed in the Specification.
