Tender description

Kirklees Council is looking into the possibility of procuring for suitably qualified and experienced organisations to deliver a local Advocacy and Healthwatch Service which would include: • Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy (IMCA) • Relevant Person Representative Services (RPR) • Care Act Advocacy • General Advocacy • Independent NHS Complaints Advocacy (NHSCA) • Kirklees Healthwatch Initially, however, the Council would like to engage with the market to ascertain the level of interest in delivering the service and to hear ideas for alternative models of delivery.
