Tender description

Pickering and Ferens Homes are looking to procure coverage for its insurance requirements. The process is being run under the Competitive Dialogue with Negotiation procedure and will consist of two stages. The initial stage will require potential bidders to submit their proposals by completing the Selection Questionnaire and bidders will then be selected utilizing the award criteria included in the SQ and tender documentation. The top 3 placed bidders will be selected to move to the next stage. This Contract Notice (CN) is to notify the market that the Contracting Authority plans to commence the procurement of its insurance requirements utilizing the competitive dialogue process with negotiation. The accelerated Notice has been used due to the close proximity of the renewal date. The following timescales are anticipated: — 10th December 2017 - Release of Contract Notice, — 28th December 2017 - Receipt of Requests to Participate and selection of at least 3 bidders to move to ITN stage, — 30th December 2018 - Release of Final Tenders to shortlisted Bidders, — 31st January 2018 - Selection of Preferred bidders, — 1st February 2018 - Start of ALCATEL, — 11th February 2018 - Contract Award, — 1st April 2018 - Contract Start Date.
