Tender description
The London Borough of Waltham Forest in partnership with the Waltham Forest Clinical Commissioning Group sought to appoint organisations who would provide support for the children’s and adolescents mental health service. The service outlined in the specification was responsible for delivering therapeutic interventions to specified client groups including looked after children, youth offenders and care leavers and providing clinical consultation, supervision and support to case holding staff and carers, in order to improve outcomes for our children and young people. Open procurement process inviting bids from any suppliers who were able to meet the minimum requirements and respond to the specification.
