Tender description

The Council and the Contractor wish to enter into an Agreement for a service, whereby the contractor will undertake low-level assessments on behalf of Wigan Council and then prescribe and supply the equipment needed at the time of assessment. The key objectives of this service are: — reduce the workload of the Wigan Council. — provide an efficient assessment and delivery service of TCEs equipment to the Wigan population seven days a week. — provide a basic low-cost TCEs service which offers the potential for savings in other departments via early hospital discharges and a free-up-resources for more complex cases to be processed sooner.
